Below are selected examples of exercises:
Warm-up: Before starting exercises, a short warm-up is recommended, e.g., jogging in place.
Main training: Make sure you perform the exercises slowly and in a controlled manner. Start with a few repetitions and gradually increase the intensity. Over time, you will be able to perform even several sets in one go.
Cool down: Allow yourself a few minutes of relaxation, lie on your back, bend your legs, place your hands on your stomach, and close your eyes. Inhale, exhale deeply and evenly.

Exercise 1 Back and chest muscles
Starting position: Stand straight and spread your legs shoulder-width apart. Grab the Swing Stick from above with both hands at chest height. Pull your chin to your chest, elongate your spine. Then perform gentle pendulum movements back and forth.
Exercise 2 Back, middle back, and Latissimus muscles
Starting position: Stand straight and spread your legs shoulder-width apart. Point your knees and toes outward. Then grab the Swing Stick with both hands and lead it with your arms extended above your head.
Note: Keep your shoulders low. Thumbs point forward.
Perform gentle pendulum movements up and down.


Exercise 3 Thigh muscles and back stretching
Starting position: Place one foot firmly on the ground and lift the other leg back. Maintain your balance. Then loosely grab the Swing Stick with one hand and extend it forward so that it is perpendicular to your body. Keep your back straight. Perform short pendulum movements towards and away from you (parallel to the floor). Switch sides.
Exercise 4 Hip and waist muscles
Starting position: Lie on your side and support yourself on your forearm. Bend the leg resting on the ground at the knee, and lift and straighten the other leg. Loosely grab the Swing Stick so that it is perpendicular to your body. The thumb is pointing down. Perform short, pendulum movements up and down. Switch sides.
