Xtar D06 1200lm is a high-quality diving flashlight with an original Cree CREE XP-L2 V6 diode offering light output of 1200 lumens and a range of 50 meters and a beam angle of 85° (thanks to the use of a special wide-angle lens). The precisely finished, perfectly fitted housing of the D06 1200lm flashlight is made of high-quality aerospace aluminum alloy 6N03 type III resistant to drops from a height of 1.5m. Additionally, the entire unit is coated with an anti-corrosive agent. The design is sealed with o-rings providing a protection rating of IPX8 (waterproof up to 100m). High-quality contacts and three gold-plated springs ensure very good battery contact and high shock resistance.

Unlike most competing flashlights, Xtar has used a magnetic slider instead of a regular switch in its design, allowing the D06 1200 to have smooth brightness adjustment.
