The IPS series of electronic voltage converters is designed to power electrical devices requiring 230V AC from batteries and automotive installations with a constant voltage of 12V. The converters work perfectly in places where there is no possibility of direct connection to the power grid.

The IPS series converters generate a so-called modified sine wave at the output. This is an alternating voltage with a rectangular waveform, whose effective value is identical to the effective value of the sinusoidal waveform occurring in the power grid. By using this method of generating voltage, it is possible to significantly reduce the price and increase the reliability of the entire device.

The IPS series converters are not intended for use with devices equipped with transformers or inductive motors such as: pumps, generators, refrigerators, transformer power supplies, microwaves, precision equipment, medical equipment. Such devices require converters with a pure sine wave - the Sinus series (also available in our offer).
