The Reactik headlamp automatically and instantly adjusts the light of two strong LEDs to your needs, providing maximum comfort of use and reducing the amount of manipulation to a minimum and extending the lighting time. The headlamp is equipped with two LEDs. One with a lens offering a wide dispersive beam of light to illuminating the closest environment and the other with a lens generating a nardable beam to illuminating the road in front of the user. With this configuration, the Reactik is a flashlight perfectly suited for longer hikes, runs, tent, fish and evening walks.

The REACTIVE LIGHTING technology uses a sensor to continuously measure the number of returning reflections from the terrain and in a fraction of a second adjusts the shape, range and power of the light beam according to the current needs:

• Low-reading lighting e.g. Map
• Short-range lighting and movement
• Long-range illumination

Light modes with constant power are also available.

Close-range illumination When you are looking at an object close to me, eg. Checks the map, makes a knot or breaks down the tent, the beam is very wide and has little power to prevent the user from dazzling. Lighting changes automatically depending on the distance from the subject.		Lighting for movement When you are looking at yourself, eg. When walking or running, the beam becomes wide and has an average power-sufficient to identify obstacles on the road.		Long-range illumination When the head rises to look at the object located at a large distance, eg. Position or marker, the amount of light increases considerably and the beam changes shape to concentrated.

Using the Petzl Reactik flashlight, you have comfortable, self-supporting lighting and much more hands free than standard solutions. The Reactive Lighting mode, in addition to auto-adjusting lighting, extends the flashlight time with optimised battery consumption. The flashlight switches to standby mode when the battery pack is heavily discharged, providing an extra hour of illumination with 15 lumen power.

The Petzl Reactik Flashlight uses a high-performance lithium-ion battery that perfectly copes even at low temperatures -the manufacturer declares in the user manual that the flashlight can be operated even at-20 °c!. An additional advantage is the 3-stage led battery charge status indicator on the chassis. Charging the battery is simplified by using the Micro USB connector-just access your computer or any charger with a micro USB plug. Instead of the standard straight band, Petzl used a wristband with a two-piece design on the back of the head, comfortable and ideal for dynamic activities.
