Unitek Y-1096 is a USB 3.0 adapter for 2.5" SATA drives. It allows you to connect 2.5" HDD and SSD hard drives of any capacity and from any manufacturer. It is the fastest way to connect a 2.5" drive to a computer - whether you need additional storage, backup, or a larger flash drive.

The adapter is equipped with a SATA III interface, which allows for maximum transfers of 6Gbps. The use of the latest Premium chipset with UASP (USB SCSI Protocol) functionality allows for achieving the highest real transfers: 2 times faster than those offered by the USB 3.0 bus.

Unitek Y-1096 does not require drivers. Just plug it in and it is ready to use immediately.
