– You can also register at hurt.com.pl, then after logging in, complete the company details (in account settings) and in the same panel apply for wholesale status.
– Yes, our cash register, like the company, is open from Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, except for holidays. You can pay in cash or by card on site, without the need to place an order online.
– Please send a message to ehandel@hurt.com.pl from your organization's official email address. In the email, please indicate the recipient's details – if they differ from the buyer's details. Please provide the details of the person authorized to place orders, including their email contact and phone number. Please also indicate a contact number for the courier, which will be important for the shipment's realization.
– The most common reason is leaving a blank field with the buyer's details or not checking the acceptance of the regulations – please ensure that nothing has been overlooked.
– To the email address provided in the order, the Przelewy 24 service sends a message containing the payment status and a link that allows for its renewal (after 7 minutes). We also send a message that contains a link to view the order. After going to the order preview page, there is also the possibility to generate a new payment (after 7 minutes). In the title of the message confirming the placement of the order with us, its number is also included. You can provide it in the title of a traditional transfer if the renewal of the payment through Przelewy24 fails.

If the package was sent by economic registered mail - sometimes you need to be patient.
– Call us immediately after noticing the error – changing the shipping method is only possible before the package is packed.
– If there was a mistake, you just need to return the batteries, sending them back within 14 days of receiving the package, to our headquarters – we do not use parcel lockers. You can download and print the withdrawal document from the contract from here. Please fill it out and include it in the package along with the returned goods. If this is not possible – it is also possible to include a handwritten letter with the details and request. If the mistake was our fault or the goods are damaged – you can use the complaint form available here.
– A minor mistake in the buyer's details on the invoice can be corrected by sending us a completed correction note.
