The everActive CBC-5 charger is a completely new model replacing the CBC-4 - compared to its predecessor, the charging algorithm has been improved - now the charging process is divided into 9 stages, additionally, the end of the main charging occurs after the constant voltage charging phase with a gradual decrease in charging current, resulting in a better state of charge of the battery.
The charger is smart, microprocessor-controlled - after full charging, it automatically turns off, switching to voltage monitoring mode - 100% safe for any battery.
The effectiveness of our charger is comparable to the charging process in leading, professional devices (even many times more expensive) - regular use of the smart charger does not negatively affect the battery's lifespan, on the contrary, it extends its service life!
The charger is dedicated not only to high-capacity car batteries - thanks to carefully developed charging programs, it is also suitable for gel batteries, motorcycle batteries, used on yachts, or smaller capacity scooter batteries.
Unlimited possibilities - our charger is equipped with a unique, detachable cable with SAE quick connector. This allows for seamless adaptation of the charger to the existing installation when the included cables with alligator clips and eyelet terminals are insufficient.

The charger features pioneering solutions:
- automatic and reliable battery charging control - after reaching a specified voltage, or a self-induced drop in charging current,
- voltage monitoring after charging is completed - automatic resumption of charging in case of voltage drop on the battery,
- the charger mitigates the phenomenon of sulfation of batteries that may occur during charging,
- winter mode - guarantees full and effective charging of the battery, even in very low ambient temperatures - provides higher than standard charging voltage,
- "reactivation/revival" mode - a special charging mode - in the case of extremely discharged batteries, the charger applies limited charging current in single pulses, until a safe voltage is reached allowing for faster charging - the charger itself decides on the necessity of using this mode,
- detachable cable equipped with SAE quick connector, allows for adapting the charger to personal needs, the standard equipment includes alligator clips and eyelet terminals,
- the charger is equipped with a complete set of protections against short circuits, incorrect connection of terminals, overheating, overloading, overcharging, etc.
- the highest safety standard is ensured by additional fuses placed on the cable terminals. They effectively protect the connected battery from accidental short circuits.
The first stage is measuring and providing the voltage reading at the battery terminals and determining its type. For a 12V battery, by pressing the "MODE" button, you can select the charging program (0.8A/3.8A), as well as the "winter" mode characterized by higher charging voltage (this is also the default recommended charging mode for many modern AGM batteries). An assessment of the battery's condition and its possible reactivation (only for heavily discharged cells) is performed - charging with reduced current in single pulses.
The next stage is the main charging - depending on the charging mode with a maximum current of 0.8A or 3.8A.
The subsequent stages involve monitoring the charging process - as the voltage on the battery increases, the charging current is limited.
In the final phase of charging the current is smoothly limited to 0.5A - this is an excellent safeguard against the phenomenon of "gassing" the battery. After reaching a voltage of 14.4V/14.8V (for a 12V battery) and 7.3V (for a 6V battery), the main charging is completed.
The last stage is the voltage monitoring phase on the battery - in the case of leaving the charger connected to the battery for an extended period and the voltage dropping to 13.1V/12.8V (for a 12V battery), the charger activates maintenance charging to prevent further discharging or sulfation of the battery.
