How to fully appreciate the advantages of zinc-air technology?

• After removing the protective sticker, wait at least approx. 2 minutes before the battery is started in the device. This time is needed for oxygen to penetrate the battery structures - only then does the battery activate and reach the appropriate voltage for operation. During the operation of the battery, it is also necessary to ensure that the battery compartment has the possibility of further air penetration.
• Batteries will last longer if they come from fresh production (long shelf life) and are stored in a dry and cool place (avoid storing batteries in hot places and cold ones, e.g. in the refrigerator - this reduces the life). In addition, it is worth remembering to turn off the camera at night and when it is to be left unused for a long time. It is also recommended to leave the battery compartment in the camera open overnight - this will prevent moisture from settling in it, which has a bad effect on the batteries.
• Beware: the use of batteries other than zinc-air (alkaline batteries are much weaker and can spill out). Avoid keeping dead batteries in the camera or mixing batteries of different brands or new and old batteries - always replace the entire set. Also, do not keep the battery loose with metal objects.
• What shortens the battery life: higher level of gain in the camera, activation of additional functions, being in noise, prolonged phone conversation (next to the ear), high air humidity, high or low temperatures, air pollution.
