Easy to use thanks to two independent switches

D30 4000  has several lighting modes that can be divided into main and supplementary according to the types of LEDs. The switch closer to the flashlight head is used to select the brightness of the white LED (main light). The second switch - the knob at the end of the flashlight is used to select the flashlight's LEDs. We can quickly and conveniently change the brightness of the supplementary LEDs - red, blue, or UV. This makes controlling the flashlight much simpler and more intuitive. 

2.5h of illumination on maximum mode - 4000 lumens

Thanks to the use of high-quality driver and batteries - Xtar 18650 3500mAh, Xtar has achieved such an impressive illumination result. Two and a half hours at 4000 lumens will surely satisfy any diver. For longer stays underwater, intermediate modes can be used to further extend the illumination time. 

Button lock function

Simply hold the button located on the flashlight head for three seconds while it is turned off. This will activate the lock mode, which is indicated by a triple blink of the LED. From this moment, both the button on the head and the end of the flashlight will no longer work. This lock is definitely useful when transporting the flashlight - it prevents accidental activation. To disable the lock function, simply hold the button on the flashlight head again for a longer time. 

D30 4000  is equipped with a range of protections. The most important of them include: 

• Reverse polarity protection - powered by 4 18650 batteries, in case of incorrect placement of the batteries (reverse polarity), the protection system will activate and no damage to the flashlight's electronics will occur.
• Thermal protection - thanks to this protection, in case of excessive temperature, the flashlight will reduce the light output to lower the temperature and prevent potential damage to the flashlight. This is a very useful function that significantly affects the flashlight's lifespan.
• Corrosion protection - the flashlight is made of anodized aluminum 6063 class III. The hard anodized coating additionally protects the aluminum from oxidation and corrosion, which is very important when diving in highly saline waters.
• Waterproof - thanks to high precision and quality of workmanship, the D30 4000 flashlight can boast compliance with the IPX8 standard. Perfect fitting along with a complete set of o-rings ensures that the flashlight is waterproof even at depths of 100 meters.
