UT123D is an advanced automatic True RMS multimeter from Uni-T, designed for precise electrical measurements at home, in the workshop, in electronic service, and during installation work. The UT123D model is equipped with a modern EBTN display measuring 44 x 26 mm, which provides very good visibility of readings. UT123D is equipped with the NCV (Non-Contact Voltage) function, which allows for non-contact detection of the presence of AC voltage. This enables quick checking of whether there is voltage in the wire without the need to directly connect measuring probes. This function is particularly useful during installation work, for example, before drilling holes in walls when there is a risk of hitting an electrical wire.
An additional convenience is the automatic detection of the voltage source and recognition of the phase and neutral (zero) wire. The meter can automatically determine the appropriate measurement function based on the connected wires to the correct measurement sockets, reducing the risk of incorrect parameter settings.
The device also features short-circuit protection, a HOLD function that allows you to freeze the measurement result on the screen, and LED indicators that inform about the activity of the NCV function, diode tester, and continuity buzzer.
