Poxilina two-component epoxy putty 250g

- POXILINA has a hygienic certificate PZH B.BK.60110.1438.2022 allowing the use of pipes for the transmission of cold and hot water intended for consumption for sealing and repair.
How to use Poxilin:
- A very important stage of repairs with Poxilina is the proper preparation of the surface - it should be properly cleaned and smoothed with sandpaper to remove rust residues and loose fragments.
- Then we recommend cleaning the surface with an alcohol-based agent or turpentine to remove grease or residue after polishing.
- Then: cut, knead and apply!
- After applying the product, wait at least an hour before subjecting the joint to pressure or loads.
- After performing the repair with Poxilin, wait an hour before unscrewing the water valve. Joining reaches its maximum resistance after 24 hours.
- The rest of the Poxilin, which has not been mixed, can be carefully wrapped and hidden for later.
- Poxilina withstands temperatures up to 80 C without changing its properties.
- REMARK: Poxilina is not intended for repairs of gas pipes.
Recommendations and precautions
- When preparing the pipe for repair, do not forget to turn off the valve and dry the surface properly.
- Before applying Poxilin mass for 10 minutes, we recommend smoothing the surface with sandpaper and cleaning it with alcohol or turpentine to remove grease, rust and abrasion residues.
- If you want to seal the hole in the pipe, the effect will be better when Poxilina gets inside the hole.
- After the repair is complete, wash your hands with plenty of soap and water.
- After drying, Poxilina can be painted with various types of paint, you can also drill, polish and saw.
Warnings
- Poxilina must not be used for applications on the body of humans and/or animals, nor is it intended for contact with food.
- Prolonged contact of the product with the skin may cause irritation, we recommend using it with gloves.
- If you work without gloves, remember to wash your hands immediately with plenty of soap and water.
- It contains epoxy resin and tertiary amines.
- Do not consume. Keep out of reach of children and animals.
