The Panasonic Eneloop BQ-CC55 charger is an improved version of the Panasonic Eneloop BQ-CC16 charger.

The new version includes several enhancements, such as:

• changed LED signaling - the charger indicates the charging progress with LED lights (red: 0-20%, yellow: 20-80%, green: 80-99%, after full charge the LED lights turn off). Additionally, the charger signals a potential problem with the battery through yellow blinking LED lights. Blinking of the red LED light indicates a charging error (incorrect batteries).

BQ-CC55 is a fast and well-made microprocessor-controlled charger.

Charging progress and completion are monitored by the Smart Charge function, which automatically checks the voltage and temperature of the batteries. The charger has four diodes indicating the charging process.
