everActive CBC-40 v2 charger is made using advanced inverter technology,
combining the best features of traditional transformer chargers and pulse chargers.

CBC-40 is the highest model in the everActive car charger series, enclosed in a solid metal housing.
It is an automatic charger for all types of lead-acid batteries (car batteries, etc.) 12V and 24V, gel / AGM with capacities from 25 to 1000 Ah. It is a very powerful starter charger in a very solid and compact design!

Basic technical data:

• Charging current (effective value): 8 - 40A (continuously adjustable) for both 12V and 24V batteries.
Charging current (maximum value): 60A.
• Current for starting assistance (maximum value): 300A - for both 12V and 24V batteries.
• Maximum charging voltage: 14.8V / 29V (+0.4V) - the charger ensures full charging of the battery, guarantees the achievement of correct electrolyte density levels, while reducing the risk of overcharging the battery.
• Supported battery capacities: from 25 Ah to 1000 Ah.

The everActive inverter charger combines the best features of transformer chargers and pulse chargers (microprocessor-controlled) while eliminating their biggest disadvantages.

Advanced inverter technology means significantly smaller size and weight, as well as much greater charging efficiency compared to traditional transformer chargers.
Our charger allows for smooth, stepless adjustment of effective charging current in the range of 8 - 40A, regardless of whether we connect a 12V or 24V battery.
The maximum charging current is up to 60A. Additionally, our product is equipped with a starting assistance option, providing a maximum current of 300A in this mode(!).

Characteristics of the CBC-40 charger:

• solid metal housing with a convenient handle,
• effective charging and regeneration of extremely discharged batteries,
• electronically stabilized output voltage reduces the risk of overcharging the battery,
• charging batteries using the safest method: CC (constant current) and after reaching the target voltage using the CV method (constant voltage with automatic current limiting down to 0A),
• ability to fully charge batteries with electrolyte density equalization throughout the battery, automatic desulfation mode,
• smooth, stepless adjustment (limiting) of charging current in the range from 8A to 40A,
• maintaining high output voltage, even after charging is completed, promotes achieving the appropriate electrolyte density in each battery chamber (equalizing charge),
• the same current adjustment capabilities for both 12V and 24V batteries,
• the device has massive, fully insulated connections - crocodile clips, 180 cm long,
• after a break and resuming AC power, the charger will automatically start charging in 12V mode, with the previously set charging current,
• the charger is equipped with a digital ammeter, showing the approximate, current charging current value - allowing for a quick assessment of the state and level of battery charge.
