Egg and Spoon Race:
Everyone gets a spoon and an egg. They take the handle of the spoon in their mouth and place the egg in the spoon's indentation. At the signal from the leader, everyone races to the finish line. The course can be made more interesting with obstacles.
Sack Race:
A game as old as time. Participants get into sacks and jump as fast as they can to cover the designated distance. This game develops all muscles and improves balance.
