Mactronic Kiros is a compact EDC handheld flashlight that combines an adjustable beam, a dual power system, and a practical transparent head. It offers a maximum luminous flux of 600 lumens in Flood mode and a range of up to 220 meters in Spot mode. Thanks to the DSS – Dual Source System, it can be powered by both a 14500 Li-Ion battery and a standard AA battery. Its small size, aluminum housing, and clip make the Kiros perfect for everyday carry, work, the car, tourism, and as part of emergency equipment.
Flood / Spot – fluid width adjustment
Mactronic Kiros allows you to quickly adjust the character of the light to the task at hand by shifting the head. The Flood setting provides a wide beam that works well for close-up work, repairs, packing equipment, or illuminating the immediate surroundings. When the Spot beam is set, the light is focused, providing a range of up to 220 meters and allowing observation of more distant points.
Transparent head – additional ambient light
The characteristic, transparent head diffuses light around the flashlight as well. This allows Kiros to function as a small ambient lamp. When the flashlight is set upright, it can be used to illuminate a tent, table, car interior, technical compartment, or a small room during a power outage.
Dual Source System – two power sources
The DSS System – Dual Source System increases independence when using the flashlight. Kiros can be powered by a 14500 Li-Ion 3.7 V battery with a capacity of 750 mAh or a standard AA/LR6 battery. In case of inability to charge the battery, it is enough to use an easily available AA battery.
The included 14500 battery has its own USB-C port, allowing it to be charged without the need for a separate charger.
Three brightness levels and Strobe mode
The flashlight offers three basic brightness levels: Low, Medium, and High, which allow you to adjust the amount of light to the current task. There is also a Strobe mode available.
In Flood setting, the maximum luminous flux is 600 lumens, providing wide illumination of the immediate surroundings. When set to the focused Spot beam, the flashlight reaches a range of up to 220 meters.
Last Setting Memory – last mode memory
The Last Setting Memory function ensures that Kiros returns to the last used light level upon reboot, except in Strobe mode. This practical solution is useful during repetitive tasks, as it reduces the need to switch available modes each time.
Compact design for EDC
Kiros measures just 94 x 19 x 25 mm, making it easy to fit in a pocket, EDC organizer, backpack, tool bag, or car compartment. The clip allows for convenient attachment of the flashlight to a pocket, belt, or gear elements, and the included wrist strap enhances safety during use.
Its small size and weight of 73.2 g make Kiros easy to carry during daily activities, work, or trips.
Aluminum housing and splash resistance
The aluminum housing increases the durability of the flashlight during everyday use. Kiros is resistant to drops from heights of up to 1 meter, and the IPX4 waterproof rating provides protection against splashes. This makes the flashlight suitable for both indoor work and outdoor use.
