EUROPOWER® SERIES EPL FTN (FRONT TERMINAL) are batteries designed for a lifespan of over 12 years at 20°C – according to Eurobat (10 years at 25°C), made using AGM technology.
The special design of the housing and the front terminal pole connections (except for the EPL 26-12 FTN model) allow for installation in 19” and 23” racks. The EPL FTN series batteries feature a Central Degassing System (selected models) consisting of a tube that vents small amounts of hydrogen generated during operation, which can be discharged outside the sealed cabinet in which they are installed. Consistent parameters and excellent discharge characteristics make them very often and willingly used for backup operation in critical telecommunications systems. Capacity range: 26Ah/C10 – 180Ah/C10 (12V).
