Uni-T UT256 is a modern, compact clamp meter designed for precise measurements of direct and alternating current in electrical installations. Thanks to the True RMS function, it provides accurate results even with distorted current waveforms, and the fork-type design allows for easy measurement of larger diameter wires.
The UT256 allows measurements of:
- Direct and alternating current (DC/AC) in the range of 0 to 60 A,
- Direct and alternating voltage (DC/AC) in the range of 0 to 600 V,
- Resistance in the range of 0 to 60 kΩ,
- Continuity with audible signal in the range of 0 – 60 kΩ,
- Frequency in the range of 0 – 60 Hz.
Thanks to this, the UT256 is suitable for both electrical installation measurements and electronic device diagnostics.

- Non-contact voltage detection (NCV) – quick identification of voltage presence,
- HOLD – freeze the current reading,
- REL/ZERO – relative measurement and zeroing of values,
