The Panasonic Eneloop BQ-CC55 charger is a upgraded version of the Panasonic Eneloop BQ-CC16.

The new version includes several improvements, including:

• changed LED signaling - the charger indicates the charging progress with LED lights (red: 0-20%, yellow: 20-80%, green: 80-99%, after full charge the LEDs turn off). Additionally, the charger signals a potential problem with the battery through yellow LED blinks. A blinking red LED indicates a charging error (incorrect batteries).

• the charging current has been changed, significantly speeding up the charging process.

The microprocessor charger BQ-CC55 is designed for charging eneloop batteries or NiMH batteries of type R6/AA or R03/AAA. It can charge 1, 2, 3, or 4 batteries simultaneously.

BQ-CC55 is a fast and excellently made microprocessor-controlled charger.

The charging progress and its completion are controlled by the Smart Charge function, which automatically checks the voltage and temperature of the batteries. The charger has four LEDs indicating the charging process.
