Battery carbon monoxide detector with display Kidde K5DCO

Kidde K5DCO is a modern carbon monoxide (CO) detector equipped with an LCD display, designed with the aim of effectively protecting household members from the dangerous gas CO. The device uses a precise Kidde electrochemical sensor, which guarantees up to 7 years of reliable operation.
Thanks to battery power, the detector can be installed anywhere in the room, providing protection even in the event of a power outage.

The Kidde K5DCO carbon monoxide detector measures CO levels in the air every second. When the permissible level of CO is exceeded, the device activates a loud sound alarm (85 dB) and a red LED light.
The built-in LCD display shows the current CO level (0–999 PPM), and a special function allows checking the highest recorded CO level stored in memory.

The detector also informs about alarm activation in the last 14 days – this is particularly useful when the user wants to check if there was a carbon monoxide emission during their absence.

Additionally, the device continuously monitors the status of the sensor, circuits, and battery level, signaling any irregularities both visually and audibly. After 10 years of operation, the detector reminds of the need for replacement.
