GaN technology is a completely new quality in efficient chargers. Gallium nitride is a new innovative semiconductor material that replaces traditionally used silicon.
Replacing silicon with gallium nitride allows for higher voltage conduction and greater power transfer, resulting in less energy lost as heat.
