Made for highlanders! The BC 14.0 WR is your perfect companion for mountain expeditions, especially where it gets really steep. SIGMA ORIGINAL indicates the altitude you are at and the current slope. The analysis function in the wired cycling computer allows you to see information about the climb over the climb and the maximum altitude reached during training. The BC 14.0 WR also records information about the total elevation gain you have climbed on all cycling trips.
Stable data transmission
Thanks to the direct wired connection of the meter to the transmitter, the speed measurement takes place without any interference. A radio transmission battery is unnecessary with the BC 14.0 WR and your bike computer will last for years without having to replace the battery.
Use with 2 bikes
If you regularly ride a variety of bikes, you can easily mount the BC 14.0 WR on your second bike. After setting up once, you can select the bike you are currently using on your bike computer. An additional mount and a second transmitter are needed for mounting on the second bike. You can find them in the SIGMA online shop or in your bike shop.
Easy tyre size selection
Setting up the BC 14.0 WR is a breeze thanks to predefined tire sizes, ranging from children's bikes to size 29''. It is also possible to enter the circumference of the tire with millimeter accuracy.
Statistics of your trip
You're finishing your journey, but your BC 14.0 WR bike computer still has a lot of work to do. It has a statistics function for the last twelve months. It can read data such as: total distance, riding time and elevation gain. Such a "training diary" allows you to compare your activities from each month.
Large display
The sporty design makes the BC 14.0 WR look great on your bike. The display has been enlarged to 31× 41 mm compared to its predecessor. Thanks to this, it can accommodate large numbers that are easy to read while driving. On the BC 14.0 WR, the current speed is constantly displayed and you can select the second value individually. When it gets dark, the display backlight function will help you.
Intuitive
The configuration and operation of the bike computer is intuitive with three buttons. With the help of the two lower buttons, you can conveniently scroll through the individual functions. The menu button will take you to the settings and monthly stats. Practical solution: thanks to the integrated start/stop function, your SIGMA ORIGINAL computer starts measuring automatically when you start your ride, while the measurement is paused when you take a break or the route is over.
Mounting with a cable
The BC 14.0 WR computer holder can be quickly mounted with two cable ties on the handlebar or its bracket. The speed transmitter is also mounted in the same way. The computer receives all the data it needs via the cable. You can always take off the bike computer, store it conveniently and put it back on your bike just as quickly for your next adventure in the mountains!
Tidiness and excellent visibility:
Overclamp Butler Handle
You can also attach the BC 14.0 WR to your bike using the SIGMA Overclamp Butler, which is available as an accessory. The handle keeps your device in place, tidy, and has optimal visibility. The BC 14.0 WR can be secured against theft with a screw. The mount fits handlebars with a diameter of 31.8 mm and 35 mm.
Long Butler handle for a sporty sitting stance on the bike
With the Long Butler mount, you can mount the BC 14.0 WL in front of the handlebars, which is an advantage when riding in a sporty position. The mount can be mounted in a few simple steps on handlebars with a diameter of 25.4 mm and 31.8 mm. The meter can be secured against theft with a screw. The Long Butler handle is available in physical and online stores as an additional accessory.
A several-day trip - no problem
The BC 14.0 WR accurately measures how long you ride and how far you travel. In this way, you can conveniently measure the riding time and distance during a several-day cycling holiday.
Service function, reminding you to inspect your bike
The bike requires regular service inspections. A regular inspection reveals defects in the brakes, chain or tires. With the BC 14.0 service interval, the WR reminds you to have your bike inspected after 750 kilometres. The service interval is therefore an important feature for your safety. The recommended service will appear five times when you turn on your device.
Economical to use
In the BC 14.0 WR, one button battery (CR 2450) lasts for more than two years of use, without the need to recharge. Replacing the battery is very simple and does not cause you to lose your data. The built-in memory chip saves all integer values and settings.
