Droplet is an instant glue that is always worth having in your home toolbox, due to its practicality, effectiveness and reliability.
Its use is very easy, just remember four simple steps.
Openly
To open the tube for the first time, take the tip with the dispenser and screw it all the way on the thread of the tube until the diaphragm is punctured.
Surface check
The surfaces to be glued together must fit together exactly. Make sure both surfaces are clean.
Application
Remove the cap from the tip. Press the tube in the marked places to measure and squeeze one single droplet onto only one of the two surfaces to be glued.
Press surfaces against each other
Keep both parts pressed against each other for 60 seconds. The connection is ready.
Using the product
- To open the tube with the droplet for the first time, screw the dispenser connected to the screw cap on the tube thread until the diaphragm is punctured. Be careful not to squeeze the tubes too tightly, so as not to spill the glue.
- By applying a small amount, you will get a better bond and the adhesive will solidify faster.
- It is best not to subject fresh joining forces and loads before 1 hour.
- Remember that the droplet does not stick together polyolefins (polyethylene and polypropylene), Teflon (PTFE), EVA rubber, or silicone.
- The droplet is ideal for gluing together parts that adhere well to each other, it does not have the property of filling gaps.
- The droplet provides the strongest bond at room temperature and withstands up to 60 C, depending on the application.
- The droplet is not flammable.
- The droplet does not withstand direct contact with the flame.
- With large surfaces, apply drops at intervals of 2 cm from each other, always on only one of the surfaces.
Recommendations and precautions
- If the droplet spills during the repair, wipe it immediately with acetone. Before using acetone, first check in an inconspicuous place that the solvent will not damage this surface.
- Remember - if the droplet dispenser is clogged, never squeeze the tube by force.
- Weave the tip of the tube with a pin, holding the tube so that it is not directed at your body.
- In order for the same tube of Droplet glue to serve you as long and repeatedly as possible, carefully screw it and store it in a cool and dry place, preferably placed vertically on the bottom. After use, wipe the tip of the applicator with a dry tissue or absorbent paper.
- If the droplet spills on your hands, it is best to wash them with plenty of lukewarm water, remove larger parts of hardened glue with a delicate friction material (such as pumice stone) under running water. Then apply cream on your hands to soften the skin.
- If the droplet gets into the eyes, do not close the eyelids.
- Wash them with plenty of lukewarm water and consult a doctor immediately.
Warnings
- The droplet has not been approved for medical or veterinary use, so we do not recommend using it on any part of the body of humans, animals, or dental appliances or dentures.
