- Batteries will last longer if they come from fresh production (long shelf life) and are stored in a dry and cool place (avoid storing batteries in hot places and cold ones, e.g. in the refrigerator - this reduces the life). In addition, it is worth remembering to turn off the camera at night and when it is to be left unused for a long time. It is also recommended to leave the battery compartment in the camera open overnight - this will prevent moisture from settling in it, which has a bad effect on the batteries.
