• Simple to prepare epoxy two-component adhesive ideal for sealing, repairing, joining:
• metals, cement, faience, wood, marble, glass, concrete, fiber cement, cerami, granite, porcelain, etc.
• resistant to water, oils and temperatures up to 120°C
• Hardens in just 10 minutes, maximum strength after 24 hours
• It can be applied in any amount - it does not shrink, does not stretch, does not deform
• does not peel off or flow off vertical surfaces
• does not contain any dissolvers
• When set, it turns into a durable material that can be drilled, sawn with a file or a handsaw
• Ideal for repairs at home, workshop, car, work, handicraft or hobby

HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT

• Before using POXIPOL adhesive, the surface must be cleaned, dried, grease and rust removed. It is recommended to wipe very smooth or glossy surfaces with sandpaper.
• POXIPOL dries in 10 minutes, but reaches maximum strength after 24 hours.
• Before the surface to be glued hardens, it can be smoothed with a spatula or a knife previously immersed in water.
• Do not confuse the caps when you close the POXIPOL tubes.
• When finished, wash your hands with soap and lukewarm water.
• To facilitate the mixing of POXIPOL glue components, the package includes a SELF-CLEANING MIXING TRAY (this is a tray made of a special material to which the adhesive does not adhere. Before use, detach the applicator from it. Remove any dried glue to reuse the tray.)
• To increase the adhesion of POXIPOL 10 minutes to stainless steel, bronze or other smooth surface, we recommend wiping it with sandpaper before gluing.
• To ensure proper adhesion of POXIPOL to plastic, we suggest the following:
  • Clean the surfaces to be glued with a cloth soaked in acetone or alcohol. Before that, make sure on an invisible surface that the solvent will not destroy the plastic.
  • Wipe the surface gently with sandcloth or water-based sandpaper with a granulation of 180 or less.
  • Rinse again with solvent.
• The impact and shock resistance of POXIPOL can be increased as follows:
  • Squeeze out the components of POXIPOL Metallic glue 10 min. in equal proportions.
  • Add cut steel wool fibers to each component separately (a pot and dish scratcher contains them), mix until a plastic, not too dense mass is obtained.
  • Mix the two ingredients that contain the fibers until you get a homogeneous, easy-to-apply mixture. When POXIPOL has completely hardened, thanks to the fibers it will be more resistant to impacts and shocks.
