Master of sea hawthorns - amazing 4000 lumens
The D30 4000 has a maximum brightness of 4000 lumens and can be used for snorkling, scuba diving, cave diving, night diving, video recordings or underwater photography, etc. With a light output of 4000 lumens, the D30 4000 provides a bright luminous flux up to 100m below the surface of the water. It is also equipped with fill lights for movies and photographs.
High-quality CREE LEDs
The D30 4000 is equipped with 9 CREE LED dids:
- 1x XHP70.2 white light
- 6x XPE2 blue and red light (3 LEDs per color)
- 2x TX3535P3 for UV light
High CRI (95+) and vivid colors
D30 4000 high CRI, which greatly relieves eye strain. The colors of such illuminated objects, plants and fish are more expressive, and the fixed image will look better.
Easy to use with two independent switches
The D30 4000 has several lighting modes that can be divided into main and complementary LED types. The switch closer to the flashlight head is used to select the light output of the white LED (main light). On the other hand, the second switch - that is, the knob at the end of the flashlight is used to select the flashlight diode. We can quickly and conveniently change the lighting of complementary LEDs - red, blue or UV. This makes flashlight control much simpler and more intuitive.
2.5h lighting on maximum mode - 4000 lumens
Thanks to the use of high-quality controller and batteries - Xtar 18650 3500mAh, Xtar managed to achieve such an impressive result of lighting. Two and a half hours at 4000 Lumens will surely please any diver. For longer stays underwater, intermediate modes can be used to further extend the lighting time.
Button locking function
Simply hold down the button on the flashlight head for three seconds while it is off. In this way, we will start the lock mode, which is indicated by a three-time blink of the LED. From that point on, both the head and the end of the flashlight will no longer work. Such a lock is definitely useful when transporting a flashlight - we will avoid accidentally turning it on. To disable the lock function, simply hold down the button on the flashlight head again.
Led
The three LEDs above the button indicate the degree of charge of the batteries. Thanks to this, there will be no situation when suddenly we are left without light - the flashlight with the increasingly powerful degrees of discharge of the battery will inform us about it as follows:
- 3 blue LEDs permanently - charge above 66%
- 2 blue LEDs constantly - charge in the range of 33-66%
- 1 blue LED continuously - charge in the range of 5%-33%
- flashing blue LEDs - charge below 5%
A range of security features
The D30 4000 is equipped with a range of security features. The most important ones include:
Reverse polarity protection - it is powered by 4 18650 batteries in case of wrong placement of batteries (reverse polarity) the protection system will work and there will be no damage to the electronic flashlight.
Thermal protection - thanks to this protection in case of excessive temperature, the flashlight will reduce the light force to beat the temperature and prevent possible damage to the flashlight. It is about a very useful function that significantly affects the life of the flashlight.
Anti-corrosion protection - the flashlight was built of anodized 6063 Class III aluminum. The hard anodized coating further protects the aluminium from oxidation and corrosion, which is very important when diving in heavily salted waters.
Waterproof - Thanks to its high precision and build quality, the D30 4000 can be iPX8 compliant. The perfect fit with a set of orings makes the flashlight waterproof even at a depth of 100 meters.
